Bill Chance is an Associate Broker at Realty Plus, Inc. and has been selling real estate for 30 years. He has lived in Etowah County his entire life and attends Meadowbrook Baptist Church. He is very well known in the community. He is a past President of the Gadsden Area Association of Realtors, is a board member for the Rainbow City Industrial Board, the Baptist Health Services Board and the Etowah Baptist Association Foundation.
Bill started at Realty Plus while he was the owner of The Christian Book Store. He chose Realty Plus because of his close friendship with Robert McMurry, as they served in the military together. Bill is a Multi-Million Dollar Sales Producer and one of the highlights or his real estate career is that he was key to helping develop the area that Cracker Barrel is located, as well as Regency Point in Rainbow City.
